Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Ensure the football boots are placed back in their original branding box with all tags attached, then secure them in a protective outer shipping carton.
Ship the Item
Send the package back to our Hong Kong warehouse using a trackable courier service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team verifies the condition of the boots, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
